Fitness Forte Success: Multi-Site Gym Growth with LegitFit Software

Keith, owner of Fitness Forte, was one of LegitFit’s very first customers. Back in 2019, before COVID and long before LegitFit had the product it has today, Ryan knocked on his door with an early, scrappy version of the platform and a lot of belief.

 “I've used a handful of systems over the years. My previous provider was causing major issues - unresolved for weeks. The timing of Ryan calling in was perfect.”

That chance meeting turned into one of LegitFit’s longest-running partnerships, helping support Fitness Forte’s journey from one location to a thriving multi-site business.

Keith had experience with several fitness management systems before choosing LegitFit, ranging from simple early programs to sophisticated software. However, he found that none of them truly met his specific needs.

“My previous provider caused me a lot of issues. Weeks would go by without solutions. It held the business back.”

What started as a solution for simple bookings soon evolved into something much bigger. As Keith’s business needs changed, LegitFit was able to grow alongside him. With an innovative gym management software in place, Keith was able to begin tracking his numbers and understanding retention which led to making better decisions for the business.

“What I wanted initially has now evolved. LegitFit now provides what I didn’t even know I needed at the beginning. We weren’t focused on KPIs before. Now the system provides everything we need to monitor growth.”

Today, Fitness Forte operates two thriving locations with a solid operational backbone and LegitFit continues to support their long-term goals. With deeper KPI tracking, multi-location management, and a system built to scale, Keith and his team now have the clarity and support to continue expanding.
